What if what really happened was this?  The ACC licensed Fr. Robinson to serve as priest-in-charge at St. Paul's, but unwittingly, as the wrath of the Left poured in as soon as it happened.  Always implicit in the verbal wrath of the Left is the threat of violence. The Left was born in political violence.  The threats of possible violence from the Left were so great that one podcast on the Robinson affair removed the video from  its YouTube site.  The podcasters were said to have feared for the safety of their loved ones.

Perhaps the ACC leadership became profoundly alarmed and began asking itself whether Fr. Robinson was now too much of a liability, and began scouting for ways to get rid of him, and then finding one in his aping of Elon Musk's "Nazi" salute.

And, perhaps influential clergy in G3 who already detested Fr. Robinson used this event to bring pressure to bear.  I could name names here, but I won't.
